PROPOSED SHAREHOLDERS’ RATIFICATION AND PROPOSED SHAREHOLDERS’ MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE

On behalf of the Board of Directors of AirAsia X, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be convened:

  1. Proposed shareholders’ ratification for recurrent related party transactions (“RRPTs”) of a revenue or trading nature; and
  2. Proposed shareholders’ mandate for RRPTs of a revenue or trading nature.


A circular to shareholders setting out the details of the RRPTs will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
