The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company and the appointed advisers are in the midst of formulating and/or evaluating the proposals to develop the Proposed Regularisation Plan to holistically restructure its business and financial condition.

On 12 April 2023, on behalf of the Board of Directors, AmInvestment Bank Berhad announced that the Company had on 12 April 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of three (3) months from 29 April 2023 until 28 July 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities (“EOT Application”). As at 2 May 2023, Bursa Securities’ decision on the EOT Application is pending.

For the shareholders’ information, Ernst & Young PLT, being the Company’s external auditors for the financial period ended 31 December 2022 (“FYE2022”) have signed off the Company’s audited financial statements for FYE2022 without any qualification.

The Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) with regard to any material development thereof accordingly.
