The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company and the appointed advisers are in the midst of formulating and/or evaluating the proposals to develop the Proposed Regularisation Plan to holistically restructure its business and financial condition.

Pursuant to the Company’s announcement dated 9 May 2023 in relation to the approval from Bursa Securities for an extension of time of three (3) months until 28 July 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities, the Company has approximately two (2) months to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval to implement the same.

The Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) with regard to any material development thereof accordingly.
