We refer to the announcement by AmInvestment Bank Berhad on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 July 2023 wherein the Company had submitted an application to Bursa Securities for, among others, the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment.

As of 2 October 2023, Bursa Securities’ decision on the application for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment is pending. The Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) with regard to any material development thereof accordingly.
