Description AirAsia X Berhad
-Lease Agreement entered into between AirAsia X Berhad and Asia Aviation Capital Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AirAsia Berhad which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary to Capital A Berhad.

 

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (MMLR), the Board of Directors of AirAsia X Berhad (AAX or the Company) wishes to announce that the Company have on 5 December 2023 entered into a Lease Agreement with Asia Aviation Capital Limited (AACL) to lease one Aircraft bearing MSN1596  (Transaction).
