Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 29 April 2025 in relation to the Proposed Change of External Auditors (Reference No. GA1-29042025-00058) and 18 June 2025 in relation to the Outcome of General Meeting (Reference No. GMA-18062025-00014).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that BDO PLT (“BDO”), having given their consent to act, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Ernst & Young PLT, at the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18 June 2025. BDO will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2026, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.
