1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 17 Dec 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 18 Dec 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the Entitled Shareholders and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants. 

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the application for quotation of the Warrants by Bursa Securities.
