On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company has appointed RHB Investment Bank Berhad as the sole bookrunner and joint placement agent for the Proposed Private Placement.

In addition, on behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 13 January 2026 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Proposed Private Placement at RM1.65 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 6.25% to the 5-day VWAP of Shares up to and including 12 January 2026, being the last trading day prior to the Price-Fixing Date, of RM1.76.
