The disposal of shares by Capital A Berhad ("Capital A") was made pursuant to the undertaking by Capital A and its persons acting in concert to reduce their collective shareholding in AirAsia X Berhad ("AAX") to below 33% prior to the completion of AAX's Proposed Private Placement and Capital A's Proposed Distribution, as set out in AAX's and Capital A's respective circulars to shareholders dated 24 September 2024 and 20 September 2024.
