Working experience and occupation Ms. Lavinia Louis ("Ms. Lavinia") has served as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of AirAsia X Berhad ("AirAsia X" or the "Company") since 1 October 2023. As part of the consolidation of AirAsia Group's aviation business under AirAsia X, Ms. Lavinia has been redesignated from CFO to Head of Group Finance of the Company with effect from 19 January 2026.

Ms. Lavinia has almost 20 years experience in business and finance. Having spent 8 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Malaysia, she has extensive experience in project management, regulatory reporting and risk analysis.

For the last 13 years, Lavinia has been instrumental in the reorganisation exercises within the AirAsia Group amongst other groundbreaking initiatives. She has also been crucial to AirAsia's disposal of large portfolios of aircraft and the implementation of various accounting systems that have helped simplify business processes.

Ms. Lavinia started in the role of Financial Controller of AirAsia Berhad and rose to the Head of Finance as AirAsia not just withstood the financial turmoil that was caused by the pandemic but came out of it soaring above the issues that plagued the industry. As part of her role, Ms. Lavinia will continue to oversee the finance operations, reporting to the Group CFO of AirAsia X.
