All defined terms used in this Announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by AirAsia X Berhad (“AirAsia X”) dated 10 June 2013.

Applications for the IPO Shares under the Retail Offering will open at 10:00 a.m. on 10 June 2013 and will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on 19 June 2013 or such other date or dates as the Directors and the Joint Managing Underwriters in their absolute discretion may mutually decide.

The Institutional Offering will open on 10 June 2013 and will close on 24 June 2013 or such other date as the Directors, the Selling Shareholders and the Joint Global Coordinators may decide in their absolute discretion.

In the event that the closing date and/or time of either the Institutional Offering or the Retail Offering is extended, the Price Determination Date and the dates for the balloting and allotment of the Issue Shares and the transfer of the Offer Shares and the Listing will be extended accordingly. Any extension will be announced in a widely circulated Bahasa Malaysia language daily newspaper and a widely circulated English language daily newspaper within Malaysia.
