The Board of Directors of AAX wishes to inform that the Company has received a letter dated 21 March 2017 from its major shareholder, Tune Group Sdn. Bhd.,
nominating Messrs Ernst & Young ("EY") as the new statutory auditors of the Company in place of the retiring auditors, Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PWC") at the
forthcoming Eleventh Annual General Meeting ("11th AGM"), and to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company, at a remuneration to be
determined by the Directors (“Proposed Change of Auditors”).

The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 11th AGM of the Company to be convened on 23 May 2017.(Please
refer to the announcement dated 27 April 2017 Reference No. GMA-27042017-00092).
